There are many leaders who born with “strong drives and by natures” as a perfectionist & high responsible, higher chance feeling “alone & lonesome” in carry the load of perfect result/expectation from others while in reality the perfect result without good support from team is no exist.
The leader type “Specialist” with their need of dominant is low, their need to social is low, while their sense of urgency is high and their need to be precise is extremely high. All these traits “the specialist” tend to be more streasfull and burnout than other leader type.
